External Walls

Floor

  • Heavy duty natural pine ply with high grade acrylic varnish protection

  • Traditional tongue and groove floor boards using new or recycled timber

Internal Walls

  • Stained natural pine plywood, with pine skirtings and architraves

  • Macrocarpa paneling, skirtings and architraves

  • Painted tempered hardboard

  • Your own personal choices

Ceiling

  • Stained natural plywood

  • Curved beams in natural pine or macrocarpa - varnished or painted

Doors & Windows

  • Single end, half stable door or twin side French doors

  • Aluminium or wooden construction – stained or painted

Insulation 

  • All ceilings have insulated with natural Insulwool® insulation

  • Insulwool® wall insulation  http://www.insulwool.co.nz

  • Under floor insulation can be either reflective Sisalation® foil or Expol polystyrene panels http://www.expol.co.nz

Decorating
